Our story

We didn’t start with a business plan. We started with trust. Each of us had worked together before—in different companies, on different products—but the spark was the same: shared values, complementary skills, and a way of working that just fit. We saw how things should work: with honesty, transparency, and ownership. So we built Mileva. Not to chase growth but to do good work with good people. Today, we’re proud to say that every project we take on still comes from that same place.
